Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SaasCloud ("the Service"), operated at saascloud.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

SaasCloud helps you create, schedule and publish social media content and respond to comments and messages across connected platforms. Features and limits vary by plan.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must own or be authorised to manage the social accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for the content published through your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing content, to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to violate the terms of any connected platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). We only respond to people who message or comment first; you agree not to configure the Service for cold or bulk outreach that breaches platform rules. See our AI Content Policy.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Content ownership

You own the content you create and publish. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and publish it on your behalf. AI-assisted output is provided "as is" and you are responsible for reviewing it.

Third-party platforms

The Service relies on third-party platforms and their APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, rate limits, or account actions taken by those platforms. Your use of each platform is also governed by that platform's terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable platform rules.
