AI Content Policy

SaasCloud uses artificial intelligence to help create captions, images and videos, and to draft replies to comments and messages. This policy explains how we use AI responsibly and what we ask of you.

Transparency and labelling

We label AI-generated or AI-assisted content where required by law or by the platform it is published on (for example, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube AI-content labels, and disclosure obligations under the EU AI Act). Where a platform offers an "AI-generated" toggle, the Service applies it to qualifying content.

Human oversight

You remain in control. You can enable approval so nothing publishes until you review it, and you can edit or delete any AI-generated content or reply. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish.

Responding to people

Automated replies are only sent in response to people who comment on or message your accounts first, within the limits each platform allows. We do not use the Service to send cold, bulk or unsolicited messages, and you agree not to configure it to do so.

Accuracy

AI can make mistakes. Generated content may be inaccurate or not perfectly on-brand. Please review important content — especially prices, offers, claims, and anything regulated — before it goes out.

Prohibited uses

• Creating misleading, deceptive, or harmful content, or impersonating others.
• Generating content that infringes intellectual property or violates platform rules.
• Producing content involving minors inappropriately, hate, harassment, or illegal activity.
