Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

SaasCloud ("we", "us") provides software that helps small businesses create, schedule and publish social media content and respond to messages. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using saascloud.ai you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

How we use information

How we share information

We share data only with: (a) the social platforms you connect, to perform the actions you ask for; (b) service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting, Stripe for payments, and AI providers used to generate content); and (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

AI-generated content

We use AI services to help create captions, images and videos. Content is labelled as AI-assisted where required by platform rules and applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing content before it publishes if you have approval turned on.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, unless we must keep it for legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these, email support@saascloud.ai. You can disconnect any social account at any time from your dashboard.

Data deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

1. From your dashboard: disconnect any connected social account under Connections (this removes its stored access tokens immediately), and delete brands or scheduled content from their settings pages.

2. Full account deletion: email support@saascloud.ai from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and all associated data — profile, brands, connected-account tokens, generated content, analytics and leads — within 30 days, and confirm by email once complete, unless we are legally required to retain specific records.

3. Facebook/Instagram data: if you connected a Facebook or Instagram account, you can also remove SaasCloud from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites). Doing so invalidates the tokens we hold; any cached platform data is deleted in the same 30-day window.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure token storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
